Method -
1) Dry roast all the ingredients separately
2) Make fine powder.
3) Store it air tight jar.
4) Take 1 tsp collagen powder, add honey, add lukewarm water and mix it well.
5) Drink this collagen drink in 2 times a day
(after taking lunch and dinner)
